Purchased in Dec .23. 1 week ago it keeps shutting down as he he plays. Did a factory reset still didn't correct. He left it alone for a wk. Today he said it's on. He was able to play but kept shutting off several times, he would just turn it back on each time. I don't know what I can do? Is it the battery in head set. He did leave it plugged in over night several times. Please any help would be greatly appreciated .thank you
