Hi,I am using the Metta Quest 2 device and everytime I try to watch a video clip in VR mode it kplays for a few seconds then jumps back to the browser window and kind of stops playing the content and then jumps back to VR window again. So basically its unuseable cause it keeps jumping back and forth. every couple of seconds. This just stated to happen today fir the first time ever since i had the machine. Can someone please tell me if I can fix this problem or not... Thank you.

We suggest that you try watching your videos in cinema/theater mode to see if that eliminates the back and forth you are experiencing.
If this does not help, try and reboot the headset. To do this, follow these steps below:

Hi, thanks for taking the time out to try and help me out with this problem...I appreciate it. You mentioned something about try watching my movie clips in cinema/theater mode. I have never seen that option on my headset. How do I find that choice ? ...thanks again for all your help.

If you could confirm if you are on the latest update to enjoy the theatre view. You should be at least on v67.
After choosing what to watch, you can expand the window.
Once you’re in Theater View, you can play with the settings to customize your experience. When you hover your cursor near the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a menu bar appear with 5 options.
Resize (and re-shape) your view If you’re in version 67, you’ll see the option to do this in the menu bar—and it’ll let you choose between: small, medium, large, or jumbo! If you’re on v68, you can pinch the corner of the screen and resize it however you like.
