VRChat Crashing

Hello, my quest 2 keeps crashing on VRchat,  

usually around after 40mins-2hrs of straight gameplay, the game will start to sort of glitch and freeze (the screen wont move with the headset and whatever noise was being made at the time in VRchat will keep repeating untill the freeze is done) about 20mins before it crashes. When it crashes the whole glitching/freezing sequence will go on but for longer than before and then i just get brought back to the menu area. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Does the issue only happen with VR Chat? (If so, we suggest reaching out to their developers through here)

If the issue happens with multiple games/apps, could you please answer the following:

1. When was this first noticed?
2. Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall?
3. How about clearing a bit of storage space?
4. Could you try moving a bit closer to the router for a better connection?

i did that and it still isnt working.
