My fiance and I just tried to load into vrchat and we both have quest 3 (no PC) and neither of us are able to load in and keep getting this message even after Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Hey, I’m having the same problem with my quest 2, I just bought it like 2 weeks ago and it keeps saying “Oculus Platform Error during User Proof check: Timeout during fetching DSAT” whenever I try using vr chat. It also won’t load any other games. I’ve tried factory reseting it, and resetting my wifi. It only works with my hotspot and I don’t wanna use my hotspot because I’d have to charge my headset and my phone while I play l.

Thank you for reaching out @codoss! We've found that, for VRChat, many users are reporting that uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to fix this error. However, this error can occur any time the app receives an update, and so this can appear repeatedly. However, you mentioned that you're encountering issues with other apps- is it the same timeout error?
We'd also like to check whether you're using PCVR or only the headset standalone? We look forward to hearing from you!

Update I'm on standalone and I've tried Update, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works all online game don't work. Is there something I'm missing or something I can do?

Hey @codoss. Thanks for replying to us with updates on your issue. Since you're not using PCVR, we suggest the following options in order to see if they help you resolve the issue.
Please let us know if these options work for you or not. We're looking forward to your response.

You don't need to reset the headset or delete anything. I'll share what worked for me, as it seems this is a bug.
1 - Disable your Quest Link in:
2 - Clear the VRChat data in:
3 - Restart your headset
4 - Open VRChat and when it asks for permissions to access your headset storage (first popup that will appear), click Cancel
After this, an error message will appear, but ignore it. If it freezes, press as if you were going to exit VRChat, but instead of exiting, click Resume.
5 - Upon resuming, you will be prompted to log into VRChat with Meta or a VRChat account. If you created the account with Meta, click to log in with Meta.
Note: You might see messages asking you to go into your settings to allow VRChat to access device storage, etc., but ignore them. The world will reload and VRChat will function again.
If these steps still don't work for you, try adding the step "Forget all connected Wi-Fi networks" as the first step, and then follow the same steps again.
This is what worked for me, as no tutorial I found had solved the problem, so I had to share my experience.
Follow me on VRChat if these tips helped you @trafegopago.
If it didn't solve your problem, the only way is to contact Meta.

Hey again, @codoss, we know how important it is to have your apps working. Since you mentioned that online games are having issues, we would suggest trying a different Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. However, if the issues continue, you can message us directly and we would be happy to look into this further. Click our username to visit our Profile Page, and then click "Send a message" at any time, and we can move forward from there.

Hey there! Saddly I had this problem on my quest 2 there is no way to fix it so I ended up buying a quest 3 everyone was running smoothly till June 23 I was playing VRchat like normally the next morning I wasn't able to load anything on my quest 3 the store won't load I'm forever in a loading screen for rec room and VRchat. I have been told to fix it through PC but sadly I'm a questie only. As much as I read about the problem it seems to be a software malfunction for quest it doesn't like most wifi adapters. I have switch mine and I still have no luck I even tried with my neighbors wifi with permission and my quest won't load anything up. If anyone find out how to fix this it would be great down wanna spend another $500 for a headset to have the same problems as the last ones
