So I bought a 999.99 dollar chip pack on Vegas Infinite on the 1st of December. Today the game announced they are closing to the country and you will not be able to play the game anymore. I didn’t even use the pack bought.
They allowed the purchase knowing this would happen and in prejudice of the costumer. Meta support did not help or often a refund, although speaking and showing prints for over an hour.
I politely ask for someone to provide Meta Legal name and register in Brazil, as well as representation address, so I can continue with legal action.
