My nephew recently bought an oculus quest 2 im trying to help him set up his account so we entered his email address but its been two days and still haven’t received verification email!  I double checked the email its the same and everything, is it supposed to take this long when i set mine up i don’t remember it taking this long

  • Have you checked the Spam or Junk folders?
  • Did you set up their account with their email? (Instead of their Facebook or Instagram accounts.)
  • Did you create your nephew's account via phone app or desktop browser?
  • If you go to recreate their account, do you see a notification that the email or username is already in use?
  • If your nephew is underage, have you already set up their Parent/Guardian account?

Ive checked all folders its not there

yes i set it up with email he doesnt have a fb account

still no email 

hes not underage

i created it on his phones quest app
