Hi can anyone help?

anyone out there from Meta? i have been going around in circles on this system. last year i received tons of emails saying i had to verify my account, i did this with tons of cards and ID and nothing was accepted. i gave up as my daughter wasnt using her oculus at the time. now we want to use it and my account is suspended... i have followed every support path going and i am not getting anywhere. please can someone help? i have had to set up a new account just to post this! i even thought 'sod it' i will forfit all the games we bought and set up a new account and pair my oculus but the headset wont let me get out of the suspended account so its completely unusable. any help greatly appreciated.
