Hi I've had an e mail requesting me to verify my meta account by the 6th November. If I don't it's going to be suspended. I've tried all ways but can't get it sorted. My daughter said she initially saw the message which said I could verify via a bank card. I'm confused. It only seems that I can do this via Facebook. I've a Facebook account so how do I link my meta account to it or come have to create a new account. I'm just confused as the system isn't clear. Thanks
If you have been asked to verify the age on your Meta Account, then you will not need to do anything with a Facebook account at all as these are completely separate accounts.
Please keep in mind, the name on the ID you upload must match the name on the Meta Account, so if it registered to your daughters name it will need to be your daughters ID.
