Verify details or suspended account

I've been getting emails to verify my account or it will be suspended. I am certain my older son has been getting the same thing.

When I check to verify that the email is directly from Meta, I see an additional email attached that is not legit.

How do I contact META directly?

I am certain plenty of people are having their personal information hacked under the guise  that the emails are legitimately sent by Meta.
