Hello, please can somebody help me with issue on instagram. I manage account on insta for my son. Instagram started to require verify identity of son. He is older than 13 years , thats ok. When I login, app required insert photo of ID, I inserted passport, in jpg format, then in png, I tried to do several attemts of different quality etc.. but always give me message, that now is not possible to verify, try in 24-32 hours. Its already 1 month and nothing happened. I inserted several incidents without success, can you help somebody?
Yeah good luck, I’m so absolutely pissed my wallet was restricted and nothing has been done. It was restricted because I have to validate my account and same thing, sent picture of ID and no response and no fix. Now the “appeal” button In app is broken.
