Vertical Banding in Quest 2 after recent update

Hey Everyone - I got this headset during pandemic but haven't used much. For the past 6 months I've been using this for my workouts and occasional gaming and am loving it. After the recent update last week I see weird vertical lines scanning across my screen. Everytime I turn on the headset these lines start appearing after few minutes of normal usage and just don't go away. Restart didn't help either. Setting aside the headset for few hours let me use again for few minutes before those lines start appearing. I'm past my warranty but there is hardly any usage on this headset and I've used it indoors only. Is there anything to be done with this issue?

I'm really loving this VR Headset. I don't want to give up on it just yet!
