Vertical band of dimmed pixels

Anyone else who has their DK2 notice a sort of narrow band of pixels running from top-to-bottom in the center of both eyes where it's just very slightly dimmed? It has a slight curve to it, almost like an hour glass where it's fatter at the top and narrow in the middle. Hard to count but maybe it's 5-10 pixels wide. I've noticed it really bad with Euro Truck Simulator (the main thing I've been demoing to people) where it kills the immersion. You'll be looking at the sky or at the road and it becomes very apparent. Any idea what the issue is?

Putting the DK2 to 60hz removes the problem but also makes everything super blurry. Is this some sort of glitch from overclocking the screen?

Do I have bad hardware I should return??

Not sure about the bad hardware question, but my DK2 has similar light and dark patterns. I presume it is just issues from overclocking the panel. Unless you find it distracting, I wouldn't worry about it. I almost never notice it in mine. A speck of dust is instantly noticable, so it's not like I'm just glossing over. It's just very subtle, on the level of the screen door effect.

I just thought this was me imagining things. However my pixels in middle are slightly brighter (very slightly, doesn't break immersion but you can see it like you see SDE if you look for it). For me this can be caused by glueish material from the cover as I haven't been able to clean it away with just cloth, but don't know really.

Yeah I have the vertical band of dark pixels too. Definitely noticeable on a plain background but not in game, or on a video

Not exactly on the center, I see it a bit on the left, but it's there. I only notice it when there is a plain color filling all the screen, but I can find it in games and demos if I look hard for it when moving my head or turning around.
