It might be a good idea to try logging in with your email bud. If you dont know your email to your facebook account then you could always contact the actual Quest support site. If you need help ill be happy to get you a link.
Hey there, are you still having this issue? What @956gutterboy mentioned is definitely worth trying, at times it's possible the wrong login information is being used. I know that's happened to me a few times after some resets.
