Hi,
The Quest 3 has a very poor performance with my GTX 4060. I use the Link Cable from Oculus
My system info:
I tried all kinds of stuff from various You tube video's to make it run better. Some helped a bit, some not at all.
Just re-installed:
Tried again with all settings back to normal, but Half Life Alyx runs so terribly.
I also get the message in Half-Life Alyx that my PC/laptop doesn't have enough memory to run smoothly. I also get this message in the Oculus PC app.
What are the steps to take to make the system run smooth? You should say that my specs are good enough to run HL Alyx smooth, right?

Thank you for the reply. I found the solution. I now used Steam Link in stead of SteamVR. This fixed the problem.

I have the same graphics card + Oculus 3, and am also seeing performance issues, but I'm unable to use Steam Link because of the location of my PC and my router (different rooms in the house), so I want to continue using SteamVR and an Oculus cable, is there a solution for people who cant use Steam Link?

Hey there, @lspud_page!
Meta wouldn't be able to provide troubleshooting advice for SteamVR but if reach out to Steam support then they may be able to help with this 🙂
