I've been experiencing consistent issues with video playback on my Meta Quest 3 browser since November 2024. Regardless of the platform (YouTube, Netflix, etc.), the video freezes while the audio continues playing normally. I've ruled out network problems as YouTube VR works without any issues.
I've already performed a factory reset and updated the headset using a PC, but the problem persists. I suspect it might be a browser-specific bug or a compatibility issue with a recent system update.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems? Any suggestions on potential workarounds or troubleshooting steps would be very helpful.
We have found a way to reproduce this problem. It appears that the video cannot be played when using Bluetooth earphones, and the video can be played if the unit's speaker is used.
