Video stuck on processing stage

Hello,

I am trying my first at Meta Quest for Creators. I successfully uploaded three VR videos. Two of them are already published with no issues; however, the third one is stuck on "processing" state. This is the third week of this issue, so I think there is some error, but since my other two videos went through fine, I am not sure if the issue is with my third video.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask my question, so please let me know if I should search somewhere else.
