Videos on the app when synced turn out really dark

For some reason when I watch my videos on the meta horizon app, they appear dark as if contrast was really high when they were recorded (it wasn't). Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for getting back to us! We would love to try and troubleshoot this together! We have some steps that we'd like you to try:

  • Make sure that the Meta Horizon app is fully up-to-date.
  • Uninstall the application, restart your device, and then reinstall the application.

If neither of these help, we recommend submitting a bug report for the app so our engineers can take a closer look into things! We hope this information helps!

  • Do the videos you record playback normally through platforms outside of the Meta Horizon App?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting so far? If so, please let us know what you have tried, as we don't want to ask you to repeat things unnecessarily.

Very sorry I didn't see this! I do still need your help sorry I didn't get back to you. The videos I record play fine on other platforms, and I haven't tried any troubleshooting yet because I assumed it was unfixable.
