• Your computer is wired with Gigabit Ethernet cable to a 5 GHz router • Your computer is running the latest version of macOS • UPnP is enabled on your router to support remote connections via internet

For us to narrow down our investigation, can you confirm for us if you have connected your PC to your headset via Quest Link using a cable or if you have established a connection via Air Link? Additionally, does this loss of connection occur with any other PCVR apps or are you only experiencing this issue with Virtual Desktop?
