Virtual Keyboard Not Appearing While Pairing to a bluetooth module

I am following an issue while trying to pair with a bluetooth module in my quest 2 device. It can scan the bluetooth module but while pairing with the device, the virtual keyboard does not appear. As a result i can not type the pin number. also the "ok" button is greyed out, thus I can continue even without password.

I have tried using mobile keyboard through meta quest app. The mobile keyboard works only if virtual keyboard appear. In this pairing password input window, mobile keyboard can not send value as well. 

I m making trying to making some hardware using arduino, the bluetooth works well with my android phone and also with my app. But i got stuck at paring the device with oculus quest. All i need to put a pin number here.
