What I am experiencing is if I stay stationary for about a minute horizontal bars appear across my display. They start off as just looking like diffrent contrast, but will eventual become diffrent colors all together. Each stripe will be one shade or color.
Example the middle bar will be darker shaded, the bar above and below will look washed out. The one above and below that will look normal. If I keep paying the very bottom and top will slowly change to a pinkish tint across what I am seeing.
This issue is not making anything unviewable, but just changing the contrast and eventually color of whatever I am seeing in those vertical straps
I have connected my Quest 3 to the PC with an occulus link cable, but heard that could be causing the problem. So I switched to a USB 3 cable with a usbc charger spliced into it.
I am running a ryzen 7 with a 1660 TI graphics card and 64 gigs of ram. I do have MSI afterburner running and have tried messing with the settings. I have had this set up for a while, and had the first few weeks of my quest 3 without this issue. This issue will happen while playing games like VR chat, but will also happen when I am just sitting at the main occulus pc menu. If I enter a game it will go away, but come back in about a minute.
Any ideas of what this is, and how to fix it?
