Voice commands & Horizon Home

I bought my meta quest 3 from the US. I went back to Dubai to find that I don’t have voice commands and Horizon home unavailable. Please help me.

Horizon worlds are only available in a few countries so far.

Unfortunately, there is no option to get it  in your country right now.🙁

And I believe voice commands are only available in USA.
