My Vr turns on when I plug it in even though it is completely shut down. I’ve tried everything and it still won’t stop turning on while charging the only solution I know is to just leave it charging while it’s on. But when it’s dead and it turns on while it’s charging it uses its last bit of energy and then turns back off. And yes. I’m using the charger it came with and used multiple chargers and still turns on while charging. And I’ve made sure there’s nothing covering the sensor.

- Is this happening exclusively when your headset is completely powered off at 0% battery, or is it happening when it is completely powered off with battery still remaining as well? - What model headset are you using? - Are you having any other issues with your battery? Do you get the expected 2 hours of battery life from a 100% charge?
