Vr restartin itself

Rourep
Honored Guest

Hello, so I have this problem, when I am playing on my vr everything is fine, but when I am not playing, after a while my controller vibrates and my headset restarts. It is doing it after few minutes without stop, it is very annoying at night because it wont stop and it wakes me up, I had to remove batteries from controllers so it at least wont wake me up. Anyone has any idea what is up with that?

There are a couple things that you can try to see if that helps with resolving this problem.

  • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
  • Replace the controller battery by a fresh one
  • Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
  • Clean the controller. Compressed air can be used to remove debris inside the controller

We hope that this is able to help so you are at least not woken up by it.
