I just received an email from you that I can get 25% discount on my first purchase with you. I immediately went onto the store and again it stated there about the discount. I added the game to basket and on the purchase page it again tells me about the promo code. When typing in the code the error ‘Your order cannot be updated at this time’.
Please advise.

I have tried multiple devices and two different payment methods and still the error appears.
