I just got my Quest 3 (updated to Version 69.0.0.576.352.641228209) and have been having trouble connecting with to my router (FritzBox! 7590) via WLAN.
Initially I saw that some apps complained that they were in offline mode (e.g. Ragnarock, Immersed). I then noticed that, in the browsers, some websites would not be resolved at all (e.g. reddit.com, wolvic.com) where the lock icon in the browser would be shown as insecure. Reddit.com CA is DigiCert, like meta.com's (which does resolve and connects normally). So I knew it was not some problem with the Certificates in the default or the Wolvic browsers.
My router serves both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz but I make sure to connect to the 5GHz one (they have different names).
If I connect to my phone's hotspot (also 5Ghz), all websites are resolved normally.
Comparing the Wifi settings in the Quest, I noticed that my phone's hotspot provided DNS servers as IPv4 addresses, while my router showed IPv6 ones. As a test, I changed the IPv6 DNS servers in my router from the Provider's defaults to the ones from Google but the DNS Servers shown in the Quest connection details stayed the same (fd00::9a9b:cbff:fe6e:3a3e, 2a02:3100:5d39:b300:fe6e:3a3e)! So maybe they are not provided by my router but are somehow fallback DNS servers from the Quest itself? No idea..
So I decided to disable IPv6 support from my router. Once I did that and restarted my Quest 3, the Quest cannot connect any more to my router. Reenabling IPv6 support reverts to the previous state (certain URLs are not resolved)
I'm stuck. How can I further research/resolve this?

I managed to fix this by going into the Wifi connection settings on the Quest and changing the DHCP assigned address to a static IP. In that menu that popped up, I entered Google's DNS servers. Afterwards I could connect without problems.

Just to clarify, the WLAN connection is stable and most games and apps can connect to the internet without problem, it's just some hosts and apps that display this behavior
