Walkabout mini golf missing courses

Hello all my purchased courses for walkabout are just showing a plus sign even though they are all on my purchase history on the Oculus app , please sort it's been like this week's now

Hi @tiamattiger  have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling WMG?  I'd say give that a go and if it's still the same go here: https://www.mightycoconut.com/wmg-resources - you'll see they have ways of contacting their own support resource via Discord, email etc.

Big PC, all the headsets, now using Quest 3

Hello it's nothing to do with mighty coconut nut how would they have access to my headset to delete apps ?

We completely understand the importance of having access to your previously purchased courses, and we want to assist you anyway we can and get you back into your Walkabout courses! First things first, we'd like to verify some information. 

  • Which Quest device are you using?
  • When did you last have access to the other courses?
  • Is your Quest device up-to-date with the latest software update?
  • Have you updated the Walkabout app to the latest update?

In addition, we also advise attempting to log out of the Oculus app on your phone and log back in before restarting your Quest device. You can restart your device by

  1. With your headset on, hold the power button on the right side of your headset down until you're prompted with a shut-down screen.
  2. Select Restart to reboot your Quest device.

My quest 2 is on the latest update 

System version 507993
Version 63.0.0.401
Run time version 63.0.0.398
OS version SQ3A
 
Have deleted and re installed both Oculus meta app and walkabout golf , I lost the courses about 2 weeks ago after my son had been playing someone online , all my downloaded courses are showing a plus symbol and if I click to purchase it briefly goes to the grey payment screen the goes off , but all the clubs,lost balls and stats for missing courses are still there , also on the meta app is all the purchased courses but won't let me play them , I have also purchased this morning the only course I didn't have 'ice lair' that goes to the payment screen and let's me buy the course but even though showing as purchased will also not let me play it
Please help 

I have tried uninstalling WMG and it makes no difference all my DLC courses are unavailable , it's nothing to do with mighty coconut and they have put an announcement on their discord saying so , I want to upgrade to a quest 3 but won't until this issue is sorted

I also am missing all of my add-on DLC courses for Walkabout. I have the balls and putters for the courses but it says I don’t have the courses. If I try to rebuy the courses, the pinpad appears in shadow and goes away.

I think a lot of people are having this issue. I can't access my DLC either. It's been over a month for me.

To get started, if you haven't already, we do recommend testing the steps provided above. As well, if this is the only game you're experiencing this issue with, we do want to bring this concern to the developer's attention. To reach out to them, please visit here.
