Waltz of the wizards ground issue

We got this game today and when we start we are like 10 feet above the ground and can't interact with anything. We have tried resetting the boundary and resetting the floor and nothing is helping.

I saw other users with this "I'm too big in games" issue.

One of them figured out, the "lying down" mode causes this issue.....at least for him.

Have you enabled the "lying down" mode?

If so, disable it and see if the game work properly then.

Hey @Binaryatlas! We know how excited you are to dive right into Waltz of the Wizard. We are here to help so you can enjoy an amazing magical experience! Were you able to try the awesome advice @Choleni provided? If that didn't fix the issue, we also want you to ensure your tracking is turned on using these steps:

 

  • Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  •  Select Settings 
  • Select System from the Settings panel
  •  Select Headset Tracking from the left side panel
  •  Make sure Headset Tracking is ticked

Also, try clearing your boundary history:

 

  • Press the Oculus/Meta logo on your right controller
  •  Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  •  Select Settings
  •  In the settings panel, select Boundary 
  • Select 'Clear Boundary history' 
  • Redraw your Guardian boundaries by selecting 'Adjust Boundary' from the Boundary settings menu

 Keep in mind if you have multiple accounts on the same headset, boundary history will be cleared for all accounts, not just the account you're currently using. Let us know if this helps!

It's so funny this was enabled on my profile but not my son's. I disabled it and on his profile the game worked. Thanks for the help.
