So I recently got the game when I open it it says aldin and is stuck like this and when I reinstall it just reinstalls instantly witch I know isn’t right and does the same this any help?

It sounds like you might be getting stuck on the loading page when first launching the game, which displays the game developer's logo (Aldin). Is that right? To help us fully narrow down what might be causing this for you, we'd like you to go through the following questions and troubleshooting steps for us:

 

  • Was the app downloaded from the Meta platform or a third party? Side-loading and third-party platforms, such as Steam or SideQuest, are not supported by Meta Quest Support.
  • Is this the only game/app experiencing these issues?
  • Is the Home Environment having any issues?
  • Log out of the Meta Horizon mobile app, uninstall/reinstall it, then log back into the phone app.
  • Ensure your headset is completely up-to-date.

I did get it working i just had to factory reset but its fine now
