Why can't i change the region to claim my warranty ? i have a defect controller, but i can't change the country.. very annoying.
What is this ? u can't change region so postal code doesn't work.
I only have 1 month left of warranty, help.

Hey again @Liqzor, we wanted to reach out and check if you are still having issues with your controller country / region? You may have issues if you are outside the intended country or region that the headset was made for. However, we would love to see how we can help if you reach out to us directly from our Profile Page!

Hi, i replied on the mail and got different mails from support. i responded but now nobody answers in the mail again.
