Warranty Coverage

I let my friends come over about a week ago and long story short they ended up breaking both controllers. I was just wondering if these broken controllers would be covered in meta warranty or not.

Thanks for joining us at the Community forums!

I know how frustrating it is when your friends accidently damage your items, especially your Meta Quest Controllers. Unless you have the Meta Warranty Plus coverage before the damage was caused and still have it, it would be covered.

However, if you don't, Meta's limited warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accident (e.g., accidental physical impact, exposure to liquid, food or other contaminants, etc.)
