Anyone have any contact details for META warranty?
I bought a META Quest 3 and the controller stopped working within a couple of weeks of use. Submitted the warranty claim and sent the old controller back for analysis before they would replace it. They have sent the replacement controller but has been delivered to the wrong address, tracking shows it's a completely different state.
Courier wouldn't allow me to raise a case because META have a policy with them that only they can raise a case.
I have now been getting generic responses from META that they are looking into it and be patient.
Its been weeks I have asked to escalate to a supervisor and they have refused to do that.
I don't blame any single person maybe a META policy issue but every response is from someone new and almost an identical response.
I have provided the same information multiple times but still nothing.
