I need help to talk to someone in warranty my headset screen wont work.

Heya @zach2010.2023. We understand how having your screen not working can cause some issues. We'll be more than happy to direct you to the right place to discuss your warranty options. However before we do that we want to try and fix your screen issue. 

 

Can you tell us what issues you're having exactly with your screen? Is it not turning on, is stuck on a Meta loading screen? 

 

We'll also like to try rebooting the headset real quick to try and solve this. Please follow these steps to do so. 

 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot device and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Once we get that information, we'll be able to determine how we go about this next.

Good evening, I purchased 3 units of META OCULUS QUEST 2 128GB at BHPhoto, and one of the devices has a color line that I cannot solve, I need to find the solution if I can send them so they can review it, solve it and return it to me, how proceed? Greetings
