Has anyone been mucked around by Meta Oculus with regards to warrenty? Our headset was faulty was sent back . They sent a replacement that didn't even turn on. Meta sent shipping documents to return thame replacement. BUT for the past 4mths have refused a refund or even sent a replacement. Keep asking us for patience but are still selling headsets. Any suggestions to help us either get a refund or a new headset. Was all under warranty.

We have been waiting four months for a replacement oculus headset from Quest Meta under warrenty. You have the returned headset and acknowledged that and now we have over 50 emails of excuses as to why we have not recieved a refund or replacement. Yet you are still advertising taking money and delivering products. Feel we have been victims of fraud. Meta response team keep blaming logistics. But will not provide complaint process. Please advise how many other this happening to. Has anyone else fallen victim to this ?

The team here has limited resources to resolve any shipping or logistic issues, but the OculusSupport handle would be happy to look at your ticket via PMs to ensure everything is being handled correctly and that they're working towards a resolution of getting your headset set back to you.
