So about a month ago I had split a little water on my headset and when I woke up in the morning I saw these multiple colored lines when I turned it on then the next day it was worse and then like 3 days go by and I am in a private gt code with fans and all see is you know when you close your eyes and look at the sun you see red or orange that's basically what I was seeing and now it is unplayable
Hi there, @landon.ester.2024! We want to make sure you're getting the absolute most out of your VR experience, so we popped in to help out with those reported lines on your headset's display! So we don't repeat, we did want to ask to begin with, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Also, what color is the LED light on the headset when it is plugged up to charge? If you haven't already, we recommend being sure Cloud Backup is enabled on your headset, if possible, then trying out a factory reset from the headset using these steps. Please let us know your results when you get a chance!
