We have three Meta Quest 2 and we have a Problem:

We are not able to buy games. We also tried it with the app, it doesn't work.

We get a massage, that something is going wrong or strange and we shall try it later.

Is something going wrong in your shop?

Hey hey, @SteveMcTexas! We just wanted to pop on by to lend a hand with this purchase issue. We know how it can really hinder your gaming experience. So that we can get to the bottom of this issue, please respond as well as try the following:

 

  • Try another network connection type
  • Try another network location
  • Restart the device
  • Try another device
  • Screenshot of the error message

 

Once we grab this information, we can work together to try and knock this out and get you gaming!

The problem begin, that I cannot add a creditcard or PayPal

21.1.2023 was my last purchase and now the credit-card is not listed and I can not add it again!

Not in the app, not in the headset

We have three meta quest 2

And it doesn’t work in all Accounts!

the massage we get is, that the creditcard was not able to add

but the card was added until 21.01.2023

When you reach out to us on the support page, please provide the following information:

• Full name as it appears on your Oculus account

    

• Current alias or username as it appears on your Oculus account

    

• The email address associated with the account

    

• The last four digits of your credit card or PayPal email address on your Oculus account

    

• Title of a recent digital purchase on the Oculus Store

    

• A copy of a digital purchase receipt from a purchase made on the account
