What is a fix for this problem, Windows reinstall, Meta Quest Link FULL uninstall (appdata etc...) reinstall, Meta Quest 2 factory reset...
When Pair ant try launch have . . . ant see in PC this notification, then check internet bla bla bla. Requirements are fully met...

Hey @Skunkenss! We appreciate you reaching out about your issue and going a step further with providing pictures of the errors you have been receiving. We see that you are experiencing some trouble with your headset not being found on the Meta Quest app and when trying to connect to your PC via air link, you are getting a connection lost error. We really want you to be able to continue having a great experience with VR so lets try to get this handled for you. We do have a few questions along with some troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issues you are having.


  1. How long has this been happening?
  2. Have you been able to connect using Air Link before?
  3. Have you tried to connect your headset to your PC via cable link? If not, please try to connect this way


When you are getting the error message in the app stating "We can't find your headset":


  • Make sure that your phone and headset are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Check your phone’s app store and make sure the Meta Quest app is up to date.
  • If your headset is being used by multiple people, you may need to log out and back into the Meta Quest app.
  • If you have a dual band network, these devices must be on the same frequency.
  • Restart the headset and the device the Meta Quest app is on.
  • Download the app on another device and see if headset can connect
  • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
  • Clear the Bluetooth cache on the host device: steps are below

On an Android device

  • Open Settings and go to Apps.
  • Go to Bluetooth
  • Tap on Storage and Clear Cache.

On an iOS device

  • Open Settings and select Bluetooth.
  • Forget every Bluetooth device in the My Devices list using the "i" icon.
  • Restart your iOS device to clear the cache. After restarting, you will be required to re-pair with Bluetooth devices again.
