Looks like a lot of people are getting this message when trying to purchase something. Wondering if anyone has been able to resolve it? I've had a ticket in 2 weeks, and they won't respond to me. If I start a chat to ask questions about it I'm told they have to close the chat to get me a status, then I get an email with a generic message telling me, they need more time. It's odd you can't call anyone to get help, or they don't send updates or anything. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with such poor support.
(It's a dumb solution but what I've done is setup a separate account, using the same credit cards and I gift myself what I want from my other account, that's worked for me, but it does not appear to work for game dlc/expansions)
Other messages about this state the solution is to put in a support ticket, that might be the only way to resolve it, I don't know, but so far, I 've not found anyone that has been helped by support.

I got straight onto support about it and whilst it took a while, I think they eventually sorted it as I was able to purchase a few bits of content since then.
Try with them and hopefully they'll get things moving.

Good luck to you all. I've had this issue for 3 years now and nothing has changed. I've resorted to only use my headset with PCVR. Support is absolutely a joke. To call it terrible would be a compliment. By far the worst support team I've ever seen. They know it's bad too, they never give out surveys lol.
