Meta has caused a ton of hell in my life since we joined. I suddenly get this error when trying to purchase quest cash with various cards. Their chat support is garbage and wasted 15 minutes of my time telling me they'd email me, WHICH THEY NEVER DID. WE spend so much goddamned money and I'm sure there are a ton of whales in the community and it's mind boggling how many bugs and lack of support they have.
ANYWAY. I cannot find a way to get quest cash anymore. Last night it worked just fine. Does anyone know a solution? Hoping Meta's world class garbage support at least chime in here to tell me they can help. HAH.
I've read numerous threads in here which did not help.
I’m having the same issue all of the sudden! I have money i put on meta cash that it won’t let me use.
