Website feedback and diagnostic log collection is failing due to SSL certs

I filled in the website survey and was met with an unauthorized message in red.

I tried the C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusLogGatherer.exe with the auto send and that failed with http errors for SSL.

I guess this means the server side SSL certificates are broken or out dated.

Hi there thank you for your post!

Just to explain this, you would need to put the log finder into your web file directory and not into your browser. Once you have done this, we will be able to look more into your log files for you.

If there is anything else that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to let us know!

This is the web survey I was referring to

but I tried it in an incognito window just now and it worked without error.

I do not understand what you mean "web file directory". I ran the log tool and when selecting the auto upload option this resulted in the SSL errors. I was able to run it and just have it save to the desktop.
