I'm trying to verify my daughter as over 13yo (before they deactivate her account).
Meta required her to either enter a payment detail (credit card - 13yo? - WTH Meta, how many 13yo's do you know that have a credit card)?
or an ID - she has a bus pass, will that work Meta? sure...
Anyway, my credit card seemed to work fine (way to solve issues Meta!) but now it's asking me to enter the device code - it seems to be an 8 digit code (xxxx-xxxxx) -- it's not the pairing code, it's not the serial number.
Appreciate any help to bypass this problem created by Meta.

A device code is the numbers you see in the headset when pairing to your account.
While logged into your Meta Account, you should see a code in your headset to pair to your account. Make sure you are logged in on your daughter's account and you have selected the device in your Meta Quest mobile app.
