I assume they are only visible through your camera. Those are tracking LEDs in the infrared spectrum so not normally visible to the human eye. They should all be on, all the time.

Hey there, @playersoftabor77! We're glad to hear that you are interested in your controller's functionality! As @user_901925786032222 let you know, those are the controller's infrared tracking LEDs. They are what the headset uses to see where the controllers are, and which direction they are pointing.
