I'm using a 2080 Ti and it should work, but every time I play a non-Oculus app my monitors/PCs crash and the air connection drops. Then in the "home world" I get the message: not compatible with GPU. I don't understand what the problem is as two months ago I was still able to use non-Oculus apps. Could someone help me and give some solutions? (My drivers are updated)
Howdy there, @Maruuuuko! We entirely understand if you're having difficulties connecting your headset to the PC via the Air Link. Let us know if the issues is only happening when not using the Meta apps. We'd also like to provide one of our articles that will show you the minimum requirements that your PC must meet in order for Air Link to function effectively.
