When adding an account I'm requested a business mail even though I'm not in a business

My brother bought a meta quest 3 and I don't want his account to get banned so i tried to add a secondary account. First time everything worked but i had issues with the account so i decided to delete it and create a new one. After a tone of problems related to account linking i finaly made a new account after 3 months. So now when i'm trying to add a new account following every instructions. I am requested a business mail (The message wasn't displayed 3 months ago when I added a second account for the first time).

What happened :
The link meta.com/device wasn't working for me (tried mutiple times over 3 months) so I was trying to find the same page by navigating through google and apparently the site i got was broken or it simply didn't work as it was asking me a mail given by my organization (+I can't find the page anymore maybe it was deleted). After seeking help here I tried to type the link for the last and thousandth time to make sure and it worked. I can't belive I lost so much time. I still have no idea what was the problem but the system is an unbearable pain. Thank you for responding in such a short perdiode of time and sorry for losing you time again.
