When pairing one controller, the other unpairs

I just bought a quest pro right controller.  As soon as I paired it, my Q3 left controller disconnected. So I re-paired the left, and the right pro controller got unpaired. And again and again.  I’ve tried rebooting the headset and updating the app.  Still having the same problem.

Hey there, @reed.658440. We see you are having some pairing issues regarding your controllers. Having a working pair of controllers is quite important, and we would love to provide some information about this! 

It sounds like you are wanting to have 1 Quest Pro and 1 Quest 3 controller paired to your Quest 3 headset. At this time, you would need an left and right  controller of the same type, and cannot "cross pair" different types of controllers. If you are having issues pairing both a left and right Quest Pro, or a left and right Quest 3 controller, please let us know. We would love to assist however we can!
