I'm having the same air link issue as other have posted about since the last patch. I can connect to link using a cable but when I try to connect to air link wirelessly after hitting the pair button it greys out and turns into a launch button and then does nothing.
Troubleshooting i have done so far. Rebooting the headset, resetting the oculus PC app, uninstalled and reinstalled the oculus mobile, and PC apps (using the safe mode method suggested by support in these forums) and a factory reset of the headset itself.
Based on the amount of posts on here from people who all lost the ability to connect with air link upon installing the latest patch, this is a clearly an issue on Meta's end. not ours. Seems like this will require a hotfix. Air link has been broken by previous patches in the past it's not like this is unprecedented.
Are you guys working on a fix for those of us affected? Is it possible for those of us affected to roll back to a previous update in the meantime?
