Where can I find the Runtime 0.4.4 for OSX ?

Hi,

I'm using a DK2 on a Max (Cycling'74) environnement, and actually I need the driver from the runtime 0.4.4, and the only one I can find from oculus is actually the 0.5.0.1.

Does anybody know where I can find the 0.4.4 ?
