When the headset says to enter a code after logging into your account onto a PC or mobile app and that doesn't happen, this is extremely frustrating and time consuming! Looks like it's happening too often - FIX THE PROBLEM, META! Same thing is happening to me right now and I'm losing my **bleep** mind trying to figure out what the problem is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello there, @CoolFordKid! Not being able to login is certainly not ideal and we can look into this together so you may get into VR. With the pairing of the headset once the account setup steps are completed, the app may prompt to select a headset. If not prompted automatically, go to Menu > Devices on the mobile app. Select the headset.
