Where to buy the Quest 2 Resident Evil 4 Bundle Sale In Australia?

I have looked on both Amazon Australia and the Meta store, and neither shows the Resident Evil 4 bundle. Other countries have this bundle available, is this coming to Australia as well? If so, is there an estimated time this bundle will release? Thanks!

Hey, LumonJuce!

At this time, Australia is not in the list of supported countries for this promo. However, keep on the lookout for future deals and promotions. You can get additional information regarding this specific promotional deal here.

Great job at alienating your overseas customers. A promotion is not as hard to do as you're making it out to be. You barely do any promotions and the rare times you do we are not involved. The bare minimum you could do was give us that bundle after you put the price up by $100, but you can't even give us a deal that somewhat matches the original pricing, it's barely even a sale to begin with. One of the worst marketing moves you could ever make is lifting up the price, older technology should mean decreasing price. So basically what you're saying is we get no Christmas deal, no boxing day deal and no new year's deal, we get absolutely nothing🤦🏼‍:male_sign:. Way to leave a bad taste in the mouth of already dissatisfied customers. You've had time after time to make up for that horrible decision, but you haven't, least customer centric business I've seen. Guess people should take their business elsewhere, lucky for us the psvr2 is coming out next year.

Hmm, looking at the info page for the deal:

Purchases can be made at meta.com or from Amazon (US, Canada, EMEA), Best Buy (US, Canada), GameStop (US), Target (US), and Walmart (US, Canada), as well as participating retailers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

So out of the 23 countries that Meta sells VR headsets to, only 17 got the deal. The ones that miss out: Australia, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan.

Strange selection, I wonder why those 6 didn't get it?

Guess they don't care about their Australian consumers. It's not hard to do the promotion in Australia, the least they could've done was give us an alternative. But instead we get nothing. They've shown it's not worth purchasing from oculus in Australia because we aren't a priority.

So basically Australia isn't a priority for you and Australian's shouldn't bother buying from you and take their business elsewhere.

So you guys can increase the prices in Australia to match the rest of the world. But you can't decrease the price and throw in a gamecode, like the rest of the world? Make it make sense, that's not difficult, that's not too much to ask for considering this deal is quite equivalent to the meta quest 2's original price. Instead you give nothing? Tasteless decision. Even more tasteless doing this after rising the price of aging technology that will be replaced by a 3rd console in a year or two. There's absolutely nothing to like about this company.
