Turned on after charging and there is a white dot in the middle of the screen, and the controllers are not responding - so I can't do anything.
The first time this appeared I thought it was because one controller battery was low so I changed it and that seemed to fix it. But both batteries should be fine now.
I saw one post which said to hold the volume-down and power buttons until a menu appeared, but all that happens is that the headset powers off.

That is to perform a factory reset (which is probably a bit extreme at the moment) and you do that when the headset is powered down. Have you tried to re-pair the controllers with the headset? You kick off the process from the phone app and hold down a couple of buttons on each controller to initiate the pairing. Google the details.

This has been happening to me off & on for a few weeks. I have to reboot every time. It's a white dot that floats around but you can't use the controllers or your hand to select anything. How do we fix it other than rebooting a lot?

Hey there @Kayaditi! Thanks for reaching out. We understand that you're also having this issue. It's like a fly in the room, small but will totally drive you crazy. We're here to help! To get better idea of what exactly is happening, would you be able to answer a few questions to point us in the right direction?
1. When does this start to occur for you? (i.e during gameplay, during movies, after 15 minutes of use.)
2. Are you able to provide a screenshot of this happening?
3. Is your headset currently on it's most recent update?
We want to look further into this for you, so please let us know how we can help. We look forward to your response!
