White/yellow spot in the same place in both lenses

Can anyone tell me what to do?

I just bought a Meta Quest 2, used it for a few days and there is now suddenly a white/yellow spot in the same place in both lenses. It's not just 1 pixel, it's a weird shape, like a little circle with a tail.

I have tried taking a picture of each lens, but it's not easy.

What to do?
It will not go away, I have rebootet the headset several times, and it is still there 😞

This looks like sun damage, especially if both sides got it.

The Quest lenses are like magnifying glasses. If you let direct sunlight shine on the lenses, it will burn holes in the LCD screen VERY quickly (within minutes if not seconds).

If it is sun damage, there's no way to fix it, the headset would need to be replaced.
